I just logged in and my base is gone/all of it is partially destroyed!

If your base did not have a claim flag, then it decayed on it's own. If it did have a claim flag, what likely happened is it got raided and either the raiders destroyed the claim flag or an admin cleared it because it was a dead base.

Base Health and Raiding.

Base hp is increased on here, and there is offline raid protection. Structures cannot be repaired for a short duration after taking damage to prevent people from sitting inside a box and spamming a blowtorch on it.

Items Modified from Vanilla

You can usually view what is different by looking at the item's description. If you want more specific stats on guns, check here.

Loot Spawn Protection

To prevent people from blocking loot, you cannot build in loot spawns except for with stuff that can be broken with low cal bullets (ie: wooden plates). Beds are also blocked to make pvp more fair.

Where to get Modded Weapons

Modded weapons spawn basically everywhere. For guns, check the gun list. For everything else, check the item list and the ingame crafting menu.

Universal Magazine

Unimag works by intercepting the reload event and replacing the unimag with the intended magazine for the weapon with full ammo. Weapons/ammo that explodes or raids cannot be used with unimag. Unimag will always try to put the same mag back in the gun as you take out. So if you replace the military drum in your gun with a tracer mag, it will put a tracer mag back in.

Treasure Chests

Treasure chests spawn around the map completely randomly. Break them with anything to get their items.

Best Clothing

The best clothing is spec ops, or anything crafted with kevlar. Regular kevlar is obtained from scrapping spec ops gear. Refined kevlar drops from any zombie (including horde beacon zombies) but extremely rarely. The only difference between spec ops, kevlar gear, and refined kevlar gear, is the looks. With the SOLE exception being any glasses, which have a much better nightvision than regular military.

Died after exiting a plane

Exiting a vehicle too high up instantly kills you to prevent skybox drops and promote fair play.

Damage Ramping

Certain types of damage "ramp up" if you continuously take that damage type. This primarily applies to fire damage to prevent people standing in fire and healing endlessly.

Transforming Weapons

Transforming weapons such as the saint or prototype heartbreaker require you to charge a special meter (displayed in the bottom right of the screen) by killing zombies with headshots. Toggling your tactical (default B) transforms it into a new weapon that has limited ammo and cannot be reloaded. You can turn it back by toggling the tactical again. Only one of each transformed (augmented) weapon can exist in the inventory at a time, so trying to transform a second one will result in it not doing anything.

incarnon

Flying Gun

The Refraction can transform into a vehicle by toggling the firemode (default V). The vehicle version has slightly different stats than the handheld verson. Toggling the firemode transforms it back, but only if you are close enough to the ground. Dying while on it will put it back in your inventory.

Fishing Changes

Fishing loot on here includes a few new weapons and other new items. There is a chance to fish up multiple items at a time. The upgraded fishing rod (found at campground) gets more chances for bonus items.

Allies

The allies system allows you to "friend" a player without actually joining their group. Allies deal reduced damage to each other, and a blue circle will pop up around the crosshair when you damage an ally. Allies also add extra functionality for other mechanics, such as tpa autoaccept and markers.

Markers

The /mark command is automatically bound to CodeHotkey4 (Check your keybinds). This displays a marker at the location you are looking at when the key is pressed. These markers can be seen by groupmates and allies.

Carry Limits

Some items have a carry limit, to prevent people from hoarding too much of a specific type of item. Check the command page for more info on the related command.

Fall Damage

Fall damage is increased significantly on here to promote fair play and dissuade skybox drops.

Item Drops on Death

While no weapons themselves drop on death, certain attachments and ammo do if the gun is equipped in the primary or secondary slot. Adaptive chambering, and the magazine for any raiding weapon will drop.

Status Effects

Certain items when consumed, traps when stepped on, and weapons when damaged by will apply a status effect to you. The name is displayed in your chat when you recieve it, and it will also tell you when it wears off. Multiple status effects can be obtained at once, but effects of the same name do not stack.

Kill Count

Your reputation is your exact kill count. Deaths are not tracked and never will be.

Airdrops

Airdrops share the same loot table as horde beacons and golden treasure chests. They also will always spawn a vehicle on them, which can include vehicles that do not normally spawn on the map such as the annushka, dump truck, and attack heli.

Random Horde Beacons

Horde beacons randomly drop in 0-2 locations every so often. These beacons have a fixed amount of loot, and an extremely high hp value to prevent people from breaking them. They will only drop in a location if someone is there. They have the same loot table as the regular beacons.

Kill Effects

Kill effects can be managed with the /killeffect command. All zombies have a very small chance to drop unique items that unlock new kill effects that persiste between wipes.

Mana System

There are certain weapons such as the grimoire that use a "mana" system for their ammo. They automatically reload over time after not shooting for a while. Mana is shared between weapons.

Seeing People Through Walls

Certain items such as the Spatial Locator can reveal players and zombies through walls. Everyone is able to see people highlighted by these effects.

Transforming Melee/Gun

The Mooncrash (and possibly more items in the future) can transform between melee and gun form by performing a heavy attack in melee form, or toggling the tactical (default B) in gun form.

Animal Spawning Mechanics

Animal spawning mechanics on here are completely rewritten. Instead of having predetermined pack spawn locations, the game picks a completely random location on the map to try to spawn a single animal at. Every location with solid ground (including on top of bases and such) and above sea level is considered a valid spawn.

Player Respawn Mechanics

In vanilla, the respawn point you get sent to is completely random. On here, it tries to prioritize spawnpoints that don't have anyone near them and that aren't too close or too far to where you died at. There is additionally a new spawnpoint added at the safezone.

Auto Replanting

The server features an auto replanting feature for managing your farms. To use it, you must be crouching, and you must have one of the PRODUCTS of the plant in your inventory. (So for example, you have to have tomatos, not tomato seeds, to auto replant tomatos) If you are crouching and have the product in your inventory when you harvest a plant, it will consume one of the product and replant it for you.
